Our lives are often hurried going from one thing to the next. This can also come into our church-life and whilst we crave community, our community can just become 2 hours on a Sunday.

Practising the Way of Jesus together.

At Central Vineyard, we want our Sundays to be a celebration of the community we practise during the week and not the community itself.

This is why we have formed Community Circles. Communities are formed with around 10-20 people, from diverse backgrounds loving and supporting each other in practical ways.

Our Circles are designed for us to slow down and take time as we seek to practise the way of Jesus together. Each Circle operates around the rhythms of its people finding regular times and places to connect, whether over a meal, a walk in the park or other places that we make time for each other.

Our Circles are the key way we put our vision into practice of being a transformational community following Jesus, joining God in the renewal of all things.

So we seek to do this through

Intentional Community.

Being an Intentional Community - this is about loving, supporting and discipling each other in the position we are in.

Counter
Formation
.

Practising the way of Jesus together - we call it Counter Formation, which is about living and practising spiritual disciplines in community. This is often counter to how the world forms us.

Kingdom Mission.

Proactively seek to renew the neighbourhoods around us through Kingdom Mission. Our Circles will look at the needs of the people and neighbourhoods around us, responding to practical, social or spiritual needs in the power of the Holy Spirit.
